A Condemnation Primer, authored by Gary Barnhart in 2004, provides a brief, yet informative summary of the condemnation process. Serving as a Special Assistant Attorney General for over 30 years, Gary has tried over 450 eminent doman cases. His representation of the State of Illinois has lead him to be appointed by four consecutive Illinois Attorney Generals. A Condemnation Primer is a great resource for anyone searching for additional information on the condemnation process in Illinois.
